The Data Superhero secure of-site backup service is designed to automatically protect your critical information, whether you design homes, work in the oilfield or want to protect those pictures from summer holidays the Data Superhero will Protect your data and save your day.

When you install our software for the first time you will be asked to create a username and password, this information will be transmitted and stored on our server in a secure, encrypted format. This information will be your assurance that only you can ever access your data.

Your next step will be to select the files you want to back up to our server and to configure a backup schedule. Both of these tasks are very easy to complete but if you should require it, remote assistance is available. Your backup configuration is now complete, make sure your computer is left on at the scheduled backup time and the software will start automatically at the designated time. Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail with details of the backup job.

Your data files are then encrypted and compressed before being sent over the internet to our secure backup servers for storage. The software will only send new or updated files to minimize internet usage and to speed up the backup process. This process will continue to run as per the schedule you have configured.

If you should need to recover any files from the server you can then log into our webpage using your username and password you configured on installation and you will be able to very easily restore any of your protected data
